This website is presented by Naomi Verplancken. This notice describes the data collected by its features.

Your contact enquiry

The form collects your name, email, brand website, indicative budget, message and language. This information is used to review and respond to your enquiry. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Enquiries are available only to the owner in her private workspace.

Optional analytics

Only with your permission, the site records daily aggregate counts: page views, sections viewed, demo interactions, case-study opens and contact clicks. Language and a broad source category accompany these counts. No name, email, visitor identifier, form content or complete referring URL is included in analytics.

You can decline without losing access and change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. This choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. No advertising pixel or session-replay tool is integrated.

Protection and retention

The website uses Sites hosting and a Cloudflare D1 database. Owner access uses ChatGPT sign-in and server-side authorisation. To limit abuse, a daily technical digest derived from the IP address is retained for up to 24 hours; the application does not store the raw IP address. Hosting infrastructure may process its own technical logs.

Analytics counts are retained for 90 days and contact enquiries for 180 days. Expired data is deleted on new writes or private dashboard reads. No data is sold.
